Who may qualify
These claims generally involve the following. You do not need to have all of them to answer the questions.
A national brand property
The stay took place at a branded hotel or motel, not an independent property.
An extended stay
Three or more consecutive nights at the same hotel, whether by choice or not.
Activity staff could see
Visible injuries, or repeated visitors coming and going from the room.
Something that supports the account
A police record, a photograph, a receipt, counseling records, or a name you remember.
